Live Free Or Die Hard opens two weeks from yesterday. Kurt found a website with the first ten minutes posted. It takes some time to load completely, and there are Japanese subtitles, but I thought it was worth it.
The best two Die Hards don't actually get going with any action scenes for at least twenty minutes. I've always thought a fair amount of exposition was necessary for properly establishing the Die Hard scenario.
Unless there are minutes missing Live Free Or Die Hard has a fairly massive gun battle in the first ten minutes. Given that there's no movie if John McClane takes Justin Long to the FBI without interruption, it seems appropriate. We'll know for sure in a couple weeks.
I'm very excited.
